Meet Troy & Peta
The Central Hotel is proudly owned by Troy and Peta Apps, experienced publicans who are passionate about creating welcoming venues that become part of the communities they serve.
You may also know them as the owners of the Prince of Wales Hotel in Kapunda, another much-loved country pub known for its warm hospitality, quality dining and strong community connections.
While each hotel has its own personality, both share the same philosophy.
Treat people well, and create places where people genuinely enjoy spending time.
It’s a simple approach, and one that will always guide every decision we’ve made at The Central.
