Nobody sat down and said “let’s make cocktails a thing in Riverton.” Locals just started ordering them. Kept ordering them. Word got around. Now when the espresso martinis come out on weeknight nobody bats an eye.
Cold beers on tap, wine by the glass or the bottle, a full range of spirits and premixes, plus that cocktail list that changes and grows because people love choosing a new favourite from it. That’s the bar at The Central.

The cold stuff, done properly. Tap beers, stubbies, cans – the range covers the classics and a few things worth trying if you’re in the mood to stray from your usual.
Wine
By the glass or the bottle. A solid range, including top notch South Australian drops that make sense to drink this close to where they’re grown.
Spirits
A full range behind the bar. If you know what you want, we’ve got it. If you’re not sure, someone will point you in the right direction.

This is the one that catches people off guard. A proper cocktail list – created because Riverton locals asked for it and kept asking – made properly, by people who know what they’re doing.
